The Board enjoying the Anniversary Activities

As part of activities to mark the anniversary, the RegencyNem has put together a promotion targeted at motor insurance (both renewal and new business) to say thank you to its customers for being with them for the past one year. Other activities include a float that was held last Wednesday, a cocktail barbeque for its customers, stakeholders and agents on Friday, a health walk on Saturday, and a thanksgiving service at the Winners Chapel on Sunday. Mr Bode Oseni, the Managing Director of the company in his welcome address at the launch of the anniversary, said the combination of resources from the two companies have strengthened them, and were setting out to deliver new standards for excellence in the industry, adding that we are more than ever committed to provide superior service experience to delight our numerous clients”. The merger, he said, has provided the company with a lot of synergy in terms of capacity-building, resources and human capital, adding that one thing the capitalization did was increase our market share by combining the market share of the two companies and we have been able to sustain that. We are hopeful that by the end of the year we will surpass that. He said in the years to come RegencyNem wants to be a first choice insurance company in Ghana.I want to encourage other industry players to emulate this step taken by Regency Alliance Insurance Ghana Limited and Nem Insurance Ghana Limited.The results, so far, have been good and I emphasise the need to consolidate efforts to achieve better results,MrOseni said. Madam Debbie Lartey, Head, Management Service Department, said the activities for the anniversary was to create an enabling environment to know its customers better and to forge ahead for better delivery of services since the company places high premium on customer satisfaction. All this is towards our vision of building a household brand with a key focus on satisfying customers and valuing the satisfaction of all stakeholders
