Deborah is a highly experienced Administration and Human Resources practitioner with immense exposure to International Organizations and Donor funded programs (mostly USAID) in Ghana and across the West Africa sub-region. Over the years, she has been involved in the development and implementation of systems and procedures for effective utilization of human resources to achieve organizational objectives. This has empowered her with practical understanding in dealing with people from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. Her role currently as Head of Management Services is responsible for providing strategic guidance to Management purposely to retain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, developing, implementing and effectively managing the human resource policies, programs and practices of RegencyNem.
She holds an Executive Master’s Degree(EMBA) in Human Resources from the Ghana Business School, Legon, Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Ghana, Legon, Diploma Certificate in Administration from Agence D’or Institute, Certificate in Public Relations & Management from Ghana Institute of Journalism coupled with extensive in-house trainings and external courses. She is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners in Ghana. In addition to the above, she possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative style as her brand in solving complex Human Resource Management constraints.
